Our first time at Papi’s and it did not disappoint. My wife and I usually go to Mary Mac’s Tea Room when we’re in this part of Atlanta. Wanted something different and glad we chose Papi’s. I had the Papi’s Shrimp Bowl special which was delicious. My wife had a traditional Cuban sandwich, which she enjoyed. She said the meat was fresh and tender. Good service overall. Highly recommend.

Amazing Cuban food! Everything was spot on and I think it’s the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. It was so tender and delicious. The beans and rice were so flavorful and the sweet plantains were amazing. Did I mention the mango shake?!?

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend who frequents this place. The place was inviting and you just go and sit wherever there is a free booth. The floor underneath the tables needed a good sweeping but the booths were comfortable. I ordered the steak and rice which came with plantains black beans and salad. It was delicious. I originally ordered with yellow rice then changed to white rice and they brought our dish with yellow rice. I didn’t mind either way. The dish was delicious and perfectly seasoned and not overtly salty. The black beans were delicious and not bland. We also ordered one empanadas and they too were great! I will definitely be going back! The sprite was also delicious just like McDonald’s sprite (if you know what I mean). I will suggest they decrease the air conditioning as it is winter and it cools the food pretty fast.

I was in the mood for some Cuban food so here I am. The food was really good. I got steak white rice and beans the smell alone had my mouth watering. Also got the chicken, yellow rice and beans another hit. I swapped the salad for bread even better. The tres leche cake fire. Overall great Cuban spot.

My favorite part—besides the food—was on my way out when Ari said, ‘Have a blessed day.’ That little touch truly made the visit extra special. I've been in ATL 5 times and I always stop in Papi's. The service and the food are excellent. Coming here is a must for those of you that like cuban food or want to try it for the first time. The mojito frozen and the empanadas are a bomb!
